An answer you cannot verify is a liability. When the assistant pulls from Knowledge, it cites sources inline with numbered references like [1] and [2] pointing back to the exact document. Reviewers trace a claim to its origin instead of trusting a black box.
Isolation by tenant
Every workspace's index is separate. An agent cannot reach into another workspace's documents—even if asked. Retrieval respects the permissions of the person asking, so shared knowledge never becomes a shortcut around access control.

Once the assistant has retrieved the relevant material, it answers follow-up questions without re-searching while the topic holds—so a working session feels like a conversation, not a string of one-off lookups.
