How credits work
Seats pay for access. Credits pay for AI.
- Each plan includes a monthly credit pool (per seat on paid tiers; flat on Free).
- Included credits reset at the start of each billing period—they do not roll over.
- When the pool is exhausted, additional usage debits your prepaid wallet.
- Top-up credits never expire and roll over month to month (not available on Free).

Credits FAQ
- Do included credits roll over?
- No. Your plan’s included credits reset each billing period. Only prepaid top-up credits roll over.
- What happens when I run out?
- On paid tiers, overflow usage debits your prepaid wallet. You can top up from €10 at any time. Free workspaces cannot top up.
- What counts as usage?
- AI chat and agent replies, meeting bot minutes, transcription minutes, and AI image generation—all billed in credits at transparent rates.
- Can I run a pilot before committing?
- Yes. Contact sales for a scoped pilot with an upfront credit grant—no monthly pool until you upgrade.
