AI that finishes work needs a place to track work. Today we are adding two: Projects, a single home for an initiative's documents and activity, and Issues, for the work items themselves.
Projects keep context together
A project gives a campaign or goal one place for rich-text documents and uploaded files, with an activity feed that records who did what, automatically. Because the context lives in one place, the assistant can draw on the whole project to give relevant answers instead of starting cold.
Issues, the way you think
Issues are human-tracked work items with status, assignees, and due dates. See them in List, Board, Calendar, Timeline, or Spreadsheet layout; filter by status, priority, type, assignee, labels, project, and dates; and save the combinations you use often as personal or team views. Filter state encodes into the URL, so a link lands a teammate on the exact slice of work you meant.
Issues are not scheduled tasks
One distinction to keep straight: Issues track human work; Automation runs your AI on a schedule. They complement each other—an automated run can flag what needs a person, and a person picks it up as an issue. See it together on the Workspace page.
